We are committed to making environmentally and socially responsible decisions when it comes to our menu. We continually strive to use locally sourced ingredients that have been raised, grown, harvested, and produced sustainably wherever possible. Our dishes are prepared in ways that respect and maintain quality, freshness, and purity.
Our meat is organic, free range and sourced within the UK. Our seafood is delivered fresh from Cornish day boats daily. Bread and bakery items are baked in our kitchen daily and our cheese, dairy and eggs are all free range and sourced from artisanal suppliers. Our wines come from small-scale, artisanal producers, most of whom apply organic practices to their craft. Meanwhile, house spirits come bagged instead of bottled, to reduce their carbon footprint.
